Why is my phone not scanning the tags?

If you are struggling to scan a tag during onboarding, ensure that NFC is enabled in your phone settings. If it is enabled but you are still struggling to scan we recommend doing an internet search for the position of the NFC on your phone model. The NFC location varies for all makes and models so unfortunately we cannot provide a full list, however, the diagram below shows the location of the NFC on the most popular models.
